Pioneer Biscuits
Pioneer Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Stir in sour cream.
Mix to make a soft dough.
Turn onto floured surface.
Knead about 2 minutes.
Roll dough to about 1/2-inch thick.
Cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter or drinking glass turned upside down.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Cook in preheated oven at 400Β° for 12 minutes or until done.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
