Pink Jello Salad
Pink Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained), 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and chopped pecans (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat pineapple in pan (do not boil).
Use all of the juice. Dissolve Jell-O into warm pineapple; let it cool.
After it's cool, add buttermilk (I beat it with a mixer to make it smooth). Add Cool Whip and pecans.
Refrigerate until firm.
