Pink Delight Salad
Pink Delight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 large marshmallows, 1 can pineapple, crushed and drained (save juice), 1 large box strawberry jello or 2 small boxes, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 small can pet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve marshmallows in pineapple juice over low heat.
Mix jello in this mixture and cool.
Add crushed pineapple and cottage cheese and mix well.
Whip at high speed the Pet milk until stiff. Fold into mixture.
Add nuts.
Chill until firm.
