Pineapple Upside-Down Carrot Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Carrot Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 pkg. supermoist carrot cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
After melted, add sugar.
Spoon pineapple over brown sugar.
Spread evenly.
Prepare cake mix as directed.
