Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 1 can sliced pineapple, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. butter and 8 to 10 maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cake as directed; set aside.
Melt butter and brown sugar in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
(Melt by placing pan in the oven or microwave.)
Mix well.
Lay your sliced pineapple onto the butter and brown sugar.
Put cherries into the holes in the pineapple and along the edges of the pan.
Pour your mixed cake batter onto the pineapples and brown sugar/butter mixture.
Bake at 350Β° or as directed on cake box.
Done when a toothpick comes out clean.
