Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box cake mix (eggs and oil as per cake mix directions), 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 can sliced pineapple and 1 jar whole maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cake according to package directions.
Place pan on burner to melt butter (low setting).
Stir in brown sugar (enough to completely cover bottom of pan).
Distribute pineapple slices. Place one cherry in each slice.
