Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 duncan hines deluxe pineapple supreme cake mix, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 large can sliced pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Arrange pineapple slices in pan.
Place cherry in each slice.
Add enough water to juice to make 1 1/3 cups.
Add this and 2 eggs to cake mix and mix as directed.
Pour into pan over pineapple and bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes in pan before removing.
