Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 large can sliced pineapple, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 2 eggs and maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt butter in 9 x 12-inch glass baking pan.
Arrange pineapple rings on bottom of dish.
Put cherries in the center of each slice.
In bowl, mix eggs, cake mix and juice. Pour on top of pineapple.
Bake approximately 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Let set for 5 minutes.
Turn upside-down on large platter.
