Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 can crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Make cake according to box directions.
Melt the brown sugar and butter in the 9 x 13-inch baking pan on the stove, then sprinkle the drained pineapple in the pan.
Add as many cherries as you wish, then pour the mix in the pan.
Bake at 350Β° until the top pops up when pressed.
Remove from oven, run a knife along the edges and turn the pan upside down on a long tray.
