Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and pecans. Spread in bottom of Handi-Pan. Top with pineapple and cherries.
Blend remaining ingredients at low speed until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter over fruit in pan. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes. Check cake center with toothpick.
