Pineapple Scallop
Pineapple Scallop is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed pineapple, 2 tsp. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix pineapple, flour, sugar, salt and eggs and pour into greased casserole.
Melt butter and add diced bread.
Put bread mixture on top of casserole.
Bake at 400Β° until brown on top (15 to 25 minutes).
(Good side dish with ham or pork.)
