Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can chunk pineapple, 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream and 1 bag marshmallows (miniature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain juice into pan.
Add one egg yolk (beaten), 2 tablespoons of sugar and enough flour to thicken.
Heat until fairly thick; let cool.
Add to pineapple and marshmallows.
Whip cream until real stiff, then add pineapple and marshmallows.
