Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 pt. whipping cream (can substitute cool whip), 1 lb. miniature marshmallows, small can cubed pineapple and 2 pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the cream cheese with pineapple juice.
Add cream, marshmallows and pineapple gradually. Let stand for 2 or 3 hours until marshmallows dissolve.
Put in refrigerator, not in freezer, in a long flat dish.
