Pineapple Pudding
Pineapple Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3 small boxes vanilla instant pudding, 2 small cans crushed pineapple and 6 c. milk (2 c. to each pkg.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour milk into large bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With a wire whisk or beater, mix until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Open cans of pineapple; drain off juice.
Add pineapple to pudding as it thickens.
You can serve immediately, or let chill for 15 minutes.
May be topped with whipped cream.
