Pineapple Pie
Pineapple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice, 2 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 (9-inch) cooked pie shell, cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bake pie shell and cool in refrigerator.
In large bowl, combine pie filling mix and sugar; add pineapple, juice and sour cream and mix thoroughly with spoon.
Pour mixture into cool pie shell and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
When serving, garnish with whipped topping.
