Pineapple-Pear Mold
Pineapple-Pear Mold is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Made with unflavored gelatin, c. orange juice, (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed), medium pears, peeled, cored and chopped and packets equal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.
Stir in undrained, crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto a plate.
Makes 8 servings.
