Pineapple Nut Spice Cake
Pineapple Nut Spice Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. crisco oil, 4 egg yolks and 1 small (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine all ingredients except nuts and egg whites.
Beat well and then add nuts.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Place in cold oven; set oven at 325Β° and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
