Pineapple Nut Cheese Ball
Pineapple Nut Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (1 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 c. chopped pecans, 1/4 c. either chopped green pepper or celery and 2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine (do not put in blender), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix all together.
Save 1 cup pecans.
Mound on serving dish. Cover with remaining pecans and chill.
(I roll in pecans which I have chopped in blender.)
Serve with almost any crispy dipper or spread with knife on crackers, celery, green pepper, etc.
