Pineapple-Nut Cake
Pineapple-Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. regular flour, 2 large whole eggs, 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice and all), 1/2 c. or a little more chopped walnuts and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Throw all together in a large bowl and mix with a spoon by hand (not by mixer).
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan (I use a glass pan).
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Cake will be moist.
