Pineapple Icebox Surprise
Pineapple Icebox Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 2 small cans crushed pineapple, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 lb. box graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Save enough crackers for 6 layers.
Crush remaining crackers. Cook oleo, sugar and pineapple until sugar dissolves.
Add nuts and the crushed crackers to mixture.
Let mixture cool before making layers.
Alternate layer of crackers and layer of mixture until you have used the 6 layers of crackers.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
Can be frozen.
Slice and serve.
