Pineapple Delight Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 c. sugar, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and 1 (6 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bake cake as directed on package.
Put in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Heat sugar and pineapple.
When cake is done, punch holes with end of wooden spoon into cake.
Pour hot sugar/pineapple mixture on cake.
Cook vanilla pudding as directed and pour over cake.
Let cool in fridge, then add Cool Whip and top with coconut.
Set overnight.
