Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained, 1/4 c. green pepper, very finely chopped, 2 tbsp. vidalia onion, very finely chopped and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Squeeze juice out of pineapple.
Combine with all ingredients except nuts.
Shape into ball and roll in nuts on wax paper. Serve with Wheat Thins.
