Pineapple Cheese Salad
Pineapple Cheese Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) diced cheddar cheese, 3 c. quartered marshmallows, 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple, diced, 2 eggs, beaten with fork and chopped pecans (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple juice into pan; add eggs.
Cook slowly until slightly thick.
Pour over first 3 ingredients and stir well. Chill.
Pecans can be added.
