Pineapple Cheese Casserole
Pineapple Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine juice, flour, sugar, pineapple and cheese.
Mix well and put in a 1-quart greased casserole dish.
Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until crumbs are slightly browned.
Serves 6 to 8.
