Pineapple Cheese Casserole
Pineapple Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, ritz crackers, 1/2 stick melted butter and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pour off 1/2 juice from pineapple.
Mix remaining juice, pineapple chunks and cheese together.
In another bowl, combine sugar and flour.
Stir sugar and flour mixture into pineapple cheese mixture and mix well.
Pour into a casserole dish and top with a layer of crushed crackers.
Spoon melted butter on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
