Pineapple Cheese Casserole
Pineapple Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 6 tbsp. flour, 6 tbsp. pineapple juice or more and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain cans of pineapple and place in a casserole bowl. Cook flour, pineapple juice, sugar and egg until slightly thickened. Pour over pineapple chunks and mix.
Top with grated cheese.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers and margarine and put on top of cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
