Pineapple Cheese Casserole
Pineapple Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained, 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 c. sugar, may use less, 6 tbsp. flour and 20-25 ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine 1 can of drained pineapple, 1 can of pineapple with juice, and cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
Mix flour and sugar and add to pineapple cheese mixture.
Pour into 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and drizzle with margarine. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
