Pineapple Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), 2 c. pecans, 2 to 3 tsp. seasoning salt and 1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soften cream cheese in microwave.
Add crushed pineapple, 1/2 of pecans, seasoned salt, chopped peppers and onion.
Set in fridge several hours.
Take out and form a ball on waxed paper.
Cover with pecans.
Refrigerate until use.
Will keep a long time in fridge.
Serve with crackers.
