Pineapple Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well, 2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped finely, 1/4 green pepper (bell), chopped finely and 2 tbsp. chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Beat cheese until smooth.
Add pineapple, 1 1/2 cups pecans, onion, bell pepper, salt and sauces.
Mix well and chill until workable.
Form into large ball or log.
Roll in remaining pecans. Can be made ahead of time and frozen until ready to use.
