Pineapple Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. green onion or dried onion flakes and 1 tsp. lawry's seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Leave cream cheese out of refrigerator for about 2 hours so that it will be soft.
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, 3/4 cup of pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt in a large mixing bowl.
Form into 2 small balls or 1 large ball and roll in remaining pecans.
