Pineapple Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened), 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained), 2 c. chopped pecans, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In medium bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth.
Add drained pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
Chill for 1 hour.
Shape into a ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans.
Wrap in Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate until well chilled or overnight.
Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry. Serve with crackers.
