Pineapple Cheddar Salad
Pineapple Cheddar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in pineapple with juice and sugar.
Let cool.
(You may put into freezer for a short time until it starts to gel.)
Fold in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 9-inch square pan.
