Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, 6 tbsp. pineapple juice from can, 6 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix flour and sugar in bowl.
Mix cheese and pineapple in bowl.
Pour flour and sugar over pineapple and mix.
Put into 9x13 glass baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture.
Melt butter and pour over Ritz crackers.
Pour juice over crackers.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350°.
Serves 15-20.
