Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained, 5 tbsp. flour, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2/3 c. sugar and 1 stack (pkg.) ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain pineapple well; place in a casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour together; pour over pineapple.
Sprinkle cheese over the entire casserole.
Then sprinkle crushed crackers over the top. Pour melted butter over the crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve while hot.
Great with ham.
