Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple (not drained), 5 slices white bread, cubed (no crusts), 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, melted and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat eggs, sugar and flour until fluffy.
Add pineapple and pour into a well-greased casserole (8 x 8-inches).
After tossing bread cubes in melted butter, add 3/4 of crumbs to pineapple mixture.
Use rest as topping pressed slightly down.
May add shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 250Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
