Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans chunk pineapple, drained, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 roll ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain pineapple well and place in bottom of large, flat casserole dish that has been greased.
Mix sugar, flour and shredded cheese together well and sprinkle on top of pineapple. Crush a roll of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over flour mixture. Melt margarine and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
