Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, stirring well; sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
This is very good.
(Goes well with a ham dinner.)
