Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. shredded sharp cheese and 1/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice.
Combine sugar and flour, slowly stir in juice, then add cheese and pineapple.
Mix well and put in greased one quart casserole.
Combine margarine, crackers and a little grated cheese, sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350Β° for about 40 minutes.
