Pineapple Casserole

Grease a large casserole dish. Remove the crusts from the bread and cube.
The eggs.
Gradually add the sugar, flour, salt and pineapple.
Pour all this into casserole dish and spread bread cubes on top. Add the butter on top and bake 1 hour at 400Β°. If bread gets too brown, put lid on dish while baking.
