Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 -20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain pineapples, reserving 3 Tbsp. of its juice.
Combine sugar and flour.
Stir in reserved pineapple juice.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into greased casserole dish. Combine melted margarine and cracker crumbs, stirring well. Sprinkle crumbs over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
