Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 stick melted butter, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. ritz cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid.
Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into 1-quart buttered casserole dish.
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until light brown.
