Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine reserved juice, sugar and flour in bowl; mix well.
Stir in cheese.
Add pineapple; mix well.
Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Mix margarine and cracker crumbs in small bowl. Spread over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
