Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pineapple, 2 c. flour, sifted, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix eggs and sugar together.
Beat until smooth.
Add pineapple, juice and all and sprinkle salt and soda over top of pineapple.
Add the flour and mix real good.
Empty into greased baking dish and sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over top of cake. Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
