Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 250 g butter or margarine, 200 g sugar, 3 eggs, 300 g flour and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the margarine and sugar until it is light and airy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and put in pineapple (prefer to use crushed) and almonds. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add to batter alternately with juice.
Pour the batter into a greased, wax paper lined spring-form pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Let cake cool in pan before removing. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze it before serving.
