Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Made with butter or margarine, c. sugar, eggs, c. pineapple preserves and c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time beating after each.
Add preserves and vanilla.
Add dry and wet ingredients alternately beginning and ending with flour.
Mix just enough to wet all of flour.
Do not overbeat.
Pour in well greased and well floured tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° about 1 1/2 hours. Cool on rack 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and wrap in foil to keep moist.
