Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine or butter, 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture and add buttermilk, juice and vanilla.
Mix in with beater until uniform in color and texture.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or smaller pan and bake at 350Β° until tests done with toothpick.
