Pineapple Bread Pudding

Mix eggs and sugar.
Add milk and pineapple (including juice or syrup).
Add 3 slices of the cubed bread, mixing gently.
Pour in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with remaining 2 slices of cubed bread.
Pour the melted butter on top and bake at 375Β° for about 45 minutes.
