Pineapple Banana Pudding
Pineapple Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2 c. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, flour and butter in blender. Blend for 1 minute.
Pour in iron skillet and cook over low heat until thick as desired.
Put a layer of wafers in bottom of dish, then a layer of sliced bananas and a little pineapple. Pour some pudding mixture over this.
Repeat until finished.
Top with wafers.
