Pineapple Au Gratin

Take juice from pineapple; pour in casserole dish with sugar and flour.
Mix well.
Add pineapple chunks and cheese.
Crush Ritz crackers (1 1/2 packs).
Pour over pineapple.
Put 6 to 8 pats of butter on top.
Cook at 350Β° for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
