Pinch-Me-Cake
Pinch-Me-Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. dry yeast, 1 c. scalded milk, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 beaten eggs and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix yeast in warm water; scald milk (cool).
Add shortening, milk, sugar, beaten eggs and salt.
Add flour gradually.
Let rise 2 hours.
Melt a stick of butter.
Put 1 1/2 cups sugar with 4 tablespoons cinnamon in bowl.
After 2 hours or rising, punch dough down.
Pinch pieces of dough off; roll in butter, then in sugar mixture.
Let rise 1/2 hour.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
